We only took McCollum in 2020 because we lost out on Downs to UNC. Now when Downs leaves for the NFL, McCollum goes to fill his spot at UNC.
I have no dislike for Thacker. My comment in regards to Thacker was that his salary for DC is fairly low currently, due to this more of the increased staff money could go to an upgraded OC.
