I don't know if Key didn't like it, but I sure didn't. Our lines have looked about 10 - 15 lbs overweight ever since Paul left. I understand that the blocking is different, but being able to show off on the beach and being able to play football are two very different things. I'll take...
I'm inclined to wash the stable clean on this score. I don't think we quite get how 404 and ATL became objects of fun for other fans. I can see rival recruiters using the "brands" against us, mocking the entire program.
So … get a new set of symbols or simply go back to what we already have...
It's that Temple connection. Rhule was coach there before Collins and TFFG does have some good DC creds. I don't think you'll see any shenanigans on a Matt Rhule sideline.
Who like baseball, that is. See:

Not only did he hit it, but his form is so good you could show the swing to Little League players as an example. Then he actually ran around the bases. Once a great athlete, always a...
I agree with all of this. I wanted Chadwell, but I'm content with Key. You are right, there is a considerable downside risk here, but so far, so good. If he can bring us to break even next season (6 - 6) I think most people will be more then content. I think that is within possibility, though...
I've always been a Key fan, ever since his playing days. I thought he hadn't done all that great a job as OL coach, but after the last 8 weeks, I think that is more on TFFG. There's no question that the team rallied around him and that the level of seriousness on the sidelines and on the field...
Yes, 100 times. This was the situation just before we hired Paul. Nobody had a clear clue that he was even in the picture as far as a hire went, then he was hired. I didn't blame the AD for that then and I don't blame Batt now. This is his business and he has his reasons. Btw, I told my youth...
I don't know about that. There are a good number of what look like planned dives, belly series plays, and satellite sweeps (the WR acts like an AB) that I don't remember seeing in Kelly's O. But … that was awhile ago and all these Os share so much in common that it's pretty much a tweak here...
I'm sorry to see McCollum go, but I was sorry to see Brown go too and we got along.
I'm more worried about the number of seniors on D graduating than the players using the portal. Now that is going to hurt.
Since Fritz may be our next head coach - and I'm fine with that - I thought a look at a game highlighting what we can expect might be useful. See:
This is the Tulane - Cinncy game last weekend. This clip is a lot of fun to watch; both offenses use spread formation option schemes. Basically...
I couldn't agree more. The thing to remember about the portal is that young men get into it because they a) haven't seen the field in the program they were in, b) got on the wrong side of the coaching staff at their original stop, or c) any of the usual semi-rational reasons college students...
If the story is true - a big if as these things go - then I'm ok with it. Firtz was mentioned as a prospect when Paul left and I thought he was hands down the best choice if we didn't go with Moncken. (And talk about four lost years! Moncken would have been as successful as Paul or more.) Then...
The situation we are all in is called mushrooming.
You know, they keep us in the dark and feed us <common English word beginning with s denoting human excrement>. I used to teach so I know when to recognize it.
