FSU must feel they can threaten the ACC enough to negotiate a settlement. Time will tell if that is true. I don't think the ACC would ever negotiate a lower settlement which would open the floodgates for others unless they have no options.

I would never agree to Sankey's demands. There needs to be representation from the Power 4 and at least one Group of 5 champs. The SEC can't swing this by themselves unless they and/or Big Ten decide to hold their own championship. If that is the route they want to go, just get it over with.

Maybe I am to easy to please. I would take a repeat of 2023 in a heartbeat and hope to see slight improvement. He has tremendous heart and definitely fights to win.

Obviously very few people would defend him at GT Head Coach...including me. But don't discount that he was a decent DC at Miss. St. and Florida. I think he will improve UNC's defense. Hopefully I am wrong.
