  1. New Roster is Out

    Me too! It's remarkable!
  2. 1950s Uniform Color?

Again, not in the stands when they were worn.
  3. 1950s Uniform Color?

Nope, the away jersey was black. It is true that Tech always tried to wear the white and gold in various mutations, but when the other side insisted (like, say, LSU) Tech wore black. I saw them, you know,.
  4. Interesting what-if exercise

Well … the dwag fans around me didn't quite agree. They were a trifle flustered in the fourth quarter until they recovered the on-side kick. Too bad, that.
  5. Interesting what-if exercise

A little!!?? You need a boatload to get there. Even great teams fail to reach the final all the time. Like Paul used to say, that's why you play the games.
  6. New Uniforms

Now, now, Get your mind right. It's Wake and the Steelers look too much like Tech. Tech had the uniform pattern first; they copied us. And no wonder. The black uniforms look great!
  7. New Uniforms

If they allowed us to like something 100 times, I'd like this. Nothing Tech has worn before or since has equaled this look, imho.

Look, I keep saying this. The traditional Tech away uniform was a black jersey - that's BLACK, as in B-L-A-C-K - jersey and white pants. And thiat was one slick uniform. As the one Ken Swilling is wearing below. That, sports fans, is a black jersey.
  11. FSU Bulletin Board Material

I think it will. Two reasons: 1) Santucci: he delivered real improvement at Puke and see no reason why he can't do it at Tech and 2) Lockett: I think he will show as a real force in the middle, as well as a Biggers with more mobility and endurance. I've made both predictions - well, ok...
  12. Article Phil Steele Ranks Georgia Tech's Offensive Line As One of The Nation's 10 Best

Yes. That was unforgivable and when the meme emerged I lost all patience and all respect for TFG. You got to see what that first team could have done by watching the NCSU game. If Graham had been healthy all year and what's-his-name was left alone Tech could have won 5 - 6 games. Instead we put...
