Agreed. The belief that getting bigger meant we had to sacrifice speed is erroneous. I think it's simply clear that...whether it was PJ's fault or not, the current S&C coach is much, much better than the previous one and Coach Collins is emphasizing it more. It'll be nice to not get pushed...

I think we definitely improved our S&C and OL coaches.

We'll beat Temple by at least 17 pts. They're freaking Temple. We have more talent and better coaching. Plus, they're ****ing Temple. We should beat VT again. They were dismal last year and shouldn't be any better than us. Plus, contrary to your post, we actually play VT at home this year...

Couldn't agree more. I think a switch back to a non-option offense will actually benefit the OL for the exact reasons you list above. I also think we have capable QBs and WRs to take advantage of that. In short, our temporary demise that some predict is exaggerated, I believe.

Frankly, outside of Clemson and the mutts, I think every game is winnable. VT was complete garbage last year - not sure how they've suddenly vaulted us. Duke has a new QB and no longer has us figured out before the game starts. UVA is probably the best of the rest but they aren't...

I won't be surprised if our new D keeps the game closer than it should be but I don't expect the O to have similar success vs their D. I think the GT +32 line I've seen is favorable to us. I think it will be an easy Clemson victory....something like 38-17...but that's a breath-easy cover for us.

agreed - 6 wins is the floor this season IMO.
