    In the ACC and 2 cupcakes, the floor should be 7-5. Occasionally winning 8,9, or 10. Throw in a really great year every 5-10 years. We fired Gailey because he couldn’t get over the floor.

    Wasn’t he a pretty good recruiter? Didn’t we sign the number one player in the country at his position? Seems like it was Derrick Stegall or something like that. I tried to forget those years.

    Lack of adjustments. Lack of taking what the other team gives you. It’s almost like we do not scout the other team.

    The latter part of the schedule is a lot tougher than the first. Good teams don’t lose two in a row.

    One thing the new staff could have done is brought in the option package out of the gun and a short air raid attack until they got their guys in the system. Tobias could have been our Tim Tebow until he got his QB ready.

    If all these great QB’s are in the ACC, why is Wake Forest the only one ranked? The only number that matters.

    I don’t fault TStan for the hire, because at the time it looked good. But the next few years are on his shoulders. Do we move forward or backwards?

    A really good coach takes the talent he has and puts them in the best position to win. Round hole, round peg thing.

    Possibly the AD already had his pick beforehand. I can see an AD having a list of names on stand by at all times.

    What are our ultimate goals? Be competitive? Go to a bowl? Have a winning record? Top 25? Win our Division? Win the ACC? Compete with the pups? Be in the playoffs? What does the AD or the coach want to achieve by year 7? If I knew the goal it would help me measure the process.
