    Nowhere did he say as a head coach. I doubt Collins ever becomes a HC after here. Unless a HUGE turnaround takes place.

    Staff talks about a balanced roster. I would have signed more Offensive and Defensive lineman. All the great skill people in the world are not going to overcome that deficiency. Linemen are going to get banged up or not perform up to expectations more than any other group.
