I don't think it's the base plays that are giving us trouble. I think we struggle to execute the blocking scheme adjustments CPJ makes to counter what we're seeing from opposing defenses.

We have a hard enough time knowing the plays and executing now. Adding another 30% to the play book isn't going to help that. We need to find easier ways to teach what we do so it doesn't take a two deep full of upperclassmen to have a decent year.

I just wish we didn't run it right at their biggest DL we struggled blocking most of the day.

I think we average 65-70 and average giving up 70-75. We've got guys who can score 20 in a game but there's just not enough evidence to make me think they score anywhere near that consistently, especially once we hit the ACC schedule. I'd expect to see Q and Tadric around 12 each with everyone...

Tyler Melton was a gray shirt. Kirvonte Benson was scheduled to do the same but decided our trainers would help his rehab. Both of these were because of injuries, not stashing players for a later date.

I'd be happy with a 1-year rental on a James White type post transfer. Not going to keep the young guys on the bench, but a good depth/energy guy.

Andy Hall left Tech to play at Delaware and managed to be drafted and stick on a roster for a couple years. The two are about the same size as well. Andy Hall > Vad Lee?
