The guy is physically banged up, tired of playing football and is graduating. He's ready to start the rest of his life. There's no "disturbing trend" here.

PJ may not be the problem but injuries doesn't explain an incompetent OL, an inconsistent D and special teams with several WTF moments.

If we don't have a new OL coach next season, I'll be very disappointed with PJ.

The OL has been a disappointment more years than not. This isn't a 1 year thing.

Should've been fired 3-4 years ago. What PJ does or doesn't do with him in the offseason will tell me all I need to know about PJ moving forward.

He's the one that is ultimately responsible for this. If you think our O was "prepared," then I'd hate to see it unprepared.

PJ should apologize and give his check for this game back to GT. That was an enormous turd sandwich with extra time to prepare. I'm a PJ supporter but it's time to seriously reevaluate how they are going things as a staff after this season.

That's the year we finished the regular season with a 6-6 record but then lost to FSU in the ACCCG to fall below .500.

24-13 VT Bud Foster has always give us fits and they've had extra time to prepare. Our own struggles have been discussed a million times already.

Navy doesn't have more talent than us. Are they more efficient at running the TO than us this year? Sure. More talented man for man? Hell No!

+1...Just look at how next season's personnel on D is setting up. It's a built-in excuse if (more like when) the D struggles and making a change would be very difficult. I'm not blaming the season on Ted. Our O has struggled tremendously and our special teams have had multiple WTF moments...

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wasn't excited about the Roof hire from the beginning. Wommack and Groh were fired for basically having the same D that Roof is producing in his 3rd year. I wonder if Roof would be getting the same support if he wasn't a "Tech" guy...

No argument from me about the offense, just like ever year under PJ, we live and die with the offense. I'm just aggravated about our complete inability to field a competent defense.

Unlike what a few want to believe, our defense is still bad.

The D gave up 400 yards, including 250 yards rushing at 5.5 yards a carry. When are we gonna start holding the D to the same standard as the O? And yes, I do realize the O sucked also today.

I completely disagree about this and there are 1-2 coaches I'm not a big fan of right now. I don't think they got "fat and happy" off of last season.
