To me that's just the thing - all of his speed translates to the field. i think he's faster than he is given credit for.

I don't get the knocks on Lynch as an athlete. dude is fluid and he is certainly faster than some of our a-backs.

Really? This is a serious question. I remember when Roof left Auburn for UCF (and then PSU) it was because he was about to be fired. It is my belief that Roof was kind of forced on PJ.

I agree with what you are saying. To call the offense a disappointment these last two years would be an understatement. I think I'm disappointed in it because I expect us to be explosive or to be able to death march the hell out of it and we just can't.

I'm not sure that Justin is as good as you can get for this offense. JT is good, but I don't think he's the best that's out there. Your point is taken though and I pretty much agree.

I think you misread most of the criticism. Most of the criticism isn't about winning 10 - it's about being able to win 6. We won three last year. 3 so far this year - and to me we look closer to last year than anything else. Personally, if PJ pulls it out of the gutter - somehow scrapes to 7-5...

GT's revenue is about 75 mil. Alabama op revenue is about 150 mil. GT isn't poor, but we're not that close to Alabama. Ironically Clemson isn't that far ahead of us in revenue.

Maybe - we will see. Clemson's program is probably at it's highest point ever historically (Yes I know they've won a NC). That's happened under DRad (granted he came in under a program building).

Requires more than just effort. The numbers you're throwing around would make GT competitive in terms of budget with teams like Clemson. Tech has never been close to the big boys in modern football.
