After the down has ended. Meaning that the player spikes the ball so the ref has to run pick it up then place it which gives the offense extra time to get the play and get to the line.

I was trying to figure that out. I'm not sure what the rule is. Also, I thought the Auburn DE was clearly offsides on that play. Did anyone else see that?
