I'd take a look at the start of next year's schedule, if you haven't already. From looking at minor league stats, it seems like when a team moves a player up to the next level late in the year, they start the next year at that level. Although it all depends on the Giants needs, so it depends...

Anyone know if Archer will be back next year. I don't recall seeing him on the roster anymore, which I believe others have stayed on the roster even when they were out due to injury. Andy was a huge loss for us this year.

I'll second this opinion. Tech had opportunity after opportunity to add to a 5-1 or 5-2 lead against Auburn in the Saturday night game and didn't. One of the most obvious being the inning where English led off with a double (don't recall which inning it was, but I believe was pretty late)...
