I can see him in the slot or where they stack two WRs & use one to rub the cover man off the other.

I can definitely see trying him at WR regardless of his blocking skills if we need a big play to get us back in the game or keep the DBs from cheating up too much. A legit homerun threat is important in this offense.

Yep, cheese, that play popped into my mind as I was writing my last post. But the hits I really fear are the short yardage plays when JT tries to go a la Nesbitt. Those, and the hits he'll take on the pitch play. He's got the guts of a burglar, and he'll hold that ball until the last split...

JT shows lots of promise as an option QB, but oh, he's small for someone who takes the hits an option QB does. I think he and the offense will really light it up, right up to the instant some Kam Chancellor-sized safety nails him and puts him on the shelf for several games. Hope I'm wrong...

Hall replaced his pitching coach after the 2012 season, I think. But we still have depth issues. Didn't one pitcher sit out for Tommy John surgery last season? Hope he's back on form this year.

Considering our recent performance against most of those, I doubt if a new coach/scheme would do worse.
