    GT O vs CU O

I completely agree. Even if half of those games went our way, people's perception of CPJ and this offense would be completely different. It just seems that we haven't gotten the lucky bounces CPJ was used to getting his first two years i.e: FSU (08 and 09), WF(09), uga(08). I agree a lot of it...

Looking ahead to Fall Camp - Offense

I can't really speak to his blocking, but I don't recall him losing any major fumbles last year; I could be wrong though. 13 carries definitely is not enough with his talent level. Wonder if he is in the CPJ doghouse or something...

Dude is a BEAST! I bet if things get dire at DE for us, he could fill in there also!

Looking ahead to Fall Camp - Offense

You are correct; we don't need to throw more. We need to throw more effectively, though. Having more competent receivers will make it easier when we do plan to throw, so the defenses can't cheat.

Looking ahead to Fall Camp - Offense

In regards to Perkins, I felt that he had a good season last year when the ball was in his hands, albeit it was only a handful of times. What roadblock is Perkins facing for first string? Is he not a polished blocker or could his shoulder be a problem still that he only can get in a handful of...

    Brad Waggoner

Based on this article http://www.ajc.com/news/sports/college/tech-recruiting-assistants-job-five-years-in-makin/ngNhg/ and his results so far, I would say this was a good hire. Looks like we are seeing more results than the last person who held this position, or at least there is more visibility...

    Brad Waggoner

I don't know if it is coincidence or not, but it seems that he has made a major impact on our recruiting class thus far. I know there was one poster on the website that wasn't too high on the hire, but it seems to be working out as of now.

GTA tweet about tomorrow at 10am

The only reason i doubt CFA bowl for 2015 is we already have a pretty brutal schedule and i don't think administration would want another difficult matchup, but i could be wrong. If that does end up being the news, FSU, ND, uga, clemson and another upper tier SEC or B1G school would be one hell...

    CPJ discusses QBs

Thats a good point and I hadnt thought of it like that. I guess for me its off the "eye-test" method and that game along with VT, BYU, and Ole Miss were especially frustrating because it either took a while to get the offense going or just never did, and that goes back to our offense performing...

    CPJ discusses QBs

Though our offense put up points last year I don't think it was effective by any means. There were too many stalled drives that put too much pressure on the defense. The first half of the Clemson game last season is a perfect example.

Custis, Hunt-Days not eligible for ’14 football season

I bet CPJ saying Custis coming back is an attempt to channel his inner politician to keep the masses happy for right now. I will be ecstatic if the coaches are able to stay on him and convince him to come back one more time but am definitely not holding my breath. Crazier things have happened!

Says he's a unc grad. Must be bitter of all the loses his team has endured at the hands of CPJ.

Tray Matthews to transfer from UGA

I wonder if this stems from those double dispositing checks fraud he was accused of or if things aren't meshing with the new DC?

SEC throws down gauntlet in football to NCAA

Im not sure if you are being completely serious or not haha, but I do not think universities would create easy majors. First, all new majors have to be approved by state board of reagents before they can even be instated. Second, with all the scrutiny UNC is under for their easy majors, I dont...

SEC throws down gauntlet in football to NCAA

I really like the idea Joey posted on FTRS (http://www.fromtherumbleseat.com/2014/5/31/5767412/opinion-week-georgia-tech-yellow-jackets-minor-league-football). His argument is basically start up minor league football a la minor league baseball for those kids who have no interest in getting an...
