In all honesty, if you are a coach, would you really want to go to Nebraska after the last coach got canned for averaging 9.4 wins over the last 7 years?
From what Eric laid on in previous threads, CPJ is not asking for anything crazy, other than a pay bump that is well deserved. The crux of what CPJ wants is enough resources to be competitive on a national stage, which I am sure we can all agree is something this program should have had 5 to 8...
I won't pretend to have any knowledge of how any of this contract stuff works, but I wonder if MBob is taking time trying to find the necessary funds to meet the stipulations laid out by CPJ, even if there are big boosters supporting this. In all honesty, I would not be against giving CPJ a...
Don't forget there was a holding call in there, I think in second down, so uga had like 5 chances and still couldn't get it in! I don't think I have ever seen a goal line stand like that.
I feel if the College playoffs change and expand to 8 or expand by guaranteeing conference champs a spot in the next 5 to 8 years, CPJ may stick around. He really is the ultimate competitor. Either way, this is great news and am glad to see him taking the program in the right direction that many...
This is a fantastic photo (as are the rest of yours). I really like how you can see the reflection of the defenders in his visor. Currently the background to my phone. Really love these photos John!
Cant wait to see how his and Lorenzo Carters', the heralded 5 star at ugag, careers play out. No way a 2 star player can play as good as a 5 star ugag player, or so they say... Sarcasm aside, I do not think they are that different of players.
The only things that worries me is they are probably looking for coach like Myers who runs some sort of run based spread offense which CPJ would definitely fit. With he success we are seeing this year, I don't think it is as much of a long shot. Their AD would need a splash hire, though, and I...
Anyone else worried about UF going after CPJ? They seem to have the pieces in place for him to be successful. I think it would be in our best interest to get CPJ locked up for the longterm before UF or another factory goes after him, especially if we have a big game against the mutts. Just my 2...
never wish ill on these kids. especially when they are fighting for bigger dreams. that being said, having to prepare for one back instead of two makes a huge difference imo . especially in the 4th quarter when everyone is tired and they can't sub in a fresh running back.
During the game yesterday against Clemson, the announcers kept saying our B-Back position is synonymous to a full back in a conventional offense. I have also heard times in the past running back recruits do not want to come here because they think the are going to be playing fullback. This...
I dont know how accurate this this, but I think I remember hearing noon spots on TV are quite lucrative spots since they come after Gameday which is widely viewed, and I imagine the SEC one is also. So I think playing on SEC network is kind of a backhanded compliment where they wanted a good...
i honestly think this article was worse..

He says Richt is safe despite losing to two unranked teams this year and not achieving a sniff of a national championship even with the recruiting classes he is...
In regards to his interception, it seems that he had man open (Smelter, I think) but couldn't step up into the throw bc the defender was right in his face which ended up causing the turn over. I feel like had he been able to step into the throw, he could have gotten it over the interceptors head...
