It looks line the jamea interception during the acc championship game against fsu. Probabaly one of my favorite plays that season.
Edit: nevermind, after further review it was not that play. Anyone have any guesses what play this is, if it one at all?
Besides this being a talented group, I also wonder if the opportunity of freshmen getting to play has to do with the small 2013 class? This way the eligibility evens out?
Saturday's Scrimmage
The Jackets will scrimmage Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium, an event that `s open exclusively to season-ticket holders and players' families. The gates open at 9 a.m. with the scrimmage set to begin approximately 9:30 a.m. Fans can purchase season tickets as low as $99. For...
Man, thats a punch in the gut. I was expecting an immediate impact from him. Someone needs to step up on that line this year! At least he is enrolled and will definitely be needed with the brutal 2015 schedule
If that's joe in the center with the gray cut-off, he looks slimmer despite the reports posted a few weeks back. JT also looks a little more muscular which should help him told up better hopefully!
At first when news broke that he wouldn't be coming to tech anymore, I was disappointed. After seeing how he has handled this situation, it is clear it was definitely best for both parties. He has a lot of maturing to do and would not be a good fit in the GT locker room. I am not saying it is...
Oh, well in that case I stand corrected! I guess I assumed they would be switching back to a 4-3 since I believe that is what he ran at FSU. In my opinion, I don't think a 3-4 will work in the college ranks unless you are bama. To get players who are quick enough to understand what is going to...
Does anyone else see the parallelism with us and uga on defense, or is it just me. We had groh and a 3-4 that obviously wasn't working and ditched him. We got hire a fiery 4-3 guy that just likes to ball and play quick. Same token with uga, they had a 3-4 guy who decided to "leave." Hire a fiery...
13 players gone in one off season...15% of our team gone. I am big CPJ supporter but even if he ends up passing all expectations this season, this many players lost is really going to hurt him in the long run and could potentially spell his demise. Hopefully the players from 14 and this class...
I agree. It seems that teams have figured out that is the best way to defend the option. I hope we are practicing against that look A LOT. Spring game is not enough.
and if JT ends up starting over TB, that must be saying a lot also. I would have always thought that CPJ would prefer someone with the skill sets of TB over JT, so he must see something in JT he really likes to start him over TB (ie. ungodly speed).
Just as we are due a win against VT, and miami some time soon, I think we are due a loss against unc also. They played well to close out a season last year. I hope this is not the year we fall to them, though.
I eat up off-season hype talk just about more than anybody else I know, but I feel like we hear team chemistry every off-season and how much better it is compared to last. That is definitely one phrase i feel has become a little too redundant.
Ya if you have your choice of schools to go to. uga would probably be towards the bottom of my list, especially if you are from west coast. There is a reason why its so easy to recruit at USC. Great weather, beautiful campus, and gorgeous girls. Not a hard sell at all.
