Used to be a natural connection between Dallas and Tech, from uniform design to players like Craig Baynum. Also the Dallas multi-shifting and morphing offense was the pro look of earlier Tech offensive innovations. All of it was “thinking man’s” football.
Good to see these two reconnecting...
Ran across a recipe many decades ago in Farmer’s Market Bulletin that called for sour cream and a small can of corn. It was very different from other variations I’ve tried but surprisingly good. Corn bread comes out very moist.
Another variation we occasionally had growing up was to put...
I have been really curious about TV ratings.
Hope someone will post the results starting with SEC championship vs Orange Bowl vs NY6 vs each playoff game. I have my suspicions but can’t wait to know if the numbers confirm them.
In a vacuum that makes sense but Ball State and UT Martin had teammates used to playing with each other, not players who were seeing the field together for the first time. Then there’s the motivation issue. Ball & T Martin would have been sky high at the chance of playing the defending...

Hope the championship will see both teams at their best.

I was very impressed with Michigan’s defense. This was the first game of their’s I’ve watched all the way through. Alabama appeared to rely on misdirection more than trying to run strength on strength. Michigan was very physical.
But, to be fair, this Alabama team was not as complete as some...
