Though 5 losses is nothing to be excited about, you are seeing progress each week and the players getting better, at least on O. Like coach said, excited to have the opportunity to play FSu. I am excited to see how we do!
I am willing to bet it wasn't up to Steve Spurrier to retire and may have been pushed out the door. Doesn't seem like the type of guy to just quit mid-season.
Have to question why there are so many freshmen playing prematurely. It all points to small 2013 class compounded with attrition from that class - leading to a huge gap in experience. We got some playmakers on the field but they are forced to on the job, which unfortunately does not bare well...
Awesome write up @Boomergump ; I got two questions for you that I would love your perespective on?
1. What was your take on the HUNH? It was cool to see since we have been working on it for over a year.
2. Would you say the crispness of the offense this week could have been attributed to the...
There are definitely a lot better football minds on this board than me, but does anyone think Gotsis was held on that play causing him to lose leverage and end up hitting high?
I wonder if JT saw the Braxton spin move and though to himself ," I would like to do something like that in the next game." I don't think I have ever seen him do a spin like that and the timing makes it seem like more than a coincidence. Also I wonder how coaches feel about it bc it could open...
Wonder what the reason for this decision is? Too much depth at S or not enough depth at WR? Could the Michael Summers injury be worse than expected? or maybe coaches do not want to play a freshmen? I do not know about you guys but I am confused about a position change this close to the start of...
I guess I misspoke. Looking at his size, I was thinking he would be closer to Nesbitt than maybe previous successful A-backs we have had. His Rivals page says he had 4.5 time compared to Nesbitt's 4.58. You could call is QB-bias, but if he is one of our top athletes, I say put him out there and...
My only concern for him would be his speed. I know we were considering putting him at WR earlier in the spring, so he must be a decent catcher, and if he can get his blocking assignments down, that would more than adequately make up for a less than stellar speed. I am not saying he isn't fast...
CPJ Post practice audio: Paul Johnson post-practice (Aug. 3)
Biggest thing that stood out to me is his confidence in the b-backs. I am pumped so see these MLD, MM and PS show up!
Weird when we are getting news from the GaTech twitter account and AJC. Eric certainly spoiled us with all the inside scoop he had, but excited for this pickup, nonetheless!
