I think the cut block makes the drive block more effective. If the defender has to play the cut block it will usually put them on their heals opening the opportunity to drive block very well.

I think you do say those things to the whole team. Don't let your guys be satisfied winning like that (all those mental errors). I think he knows. He is going to play younger guys who want to play and want to play CPJ's style of football. Wouldn't be surprised to see more faces playing. You have to find the ones that are going to play.
