I, IMO, don't think the O is the primary blame. There are problem on D & ST as well that need to be addressed. Do I have the answers? No, I'm a banker not a coach. please enlighten me. nothing speaks louder than W's & L's. near misses don't count.

I have seen guys on here spew stat after stat about this and that, but IMO, it comes down to W's & L's. 23-25 vs. FBS teams is no bueno.

not what I said. Colleges "pitch" kids on the O they run. They "market" the O to the kids. They tell kids, "we throw the ball in the spread" etc.. trust me , I know first hand. If you don't think they do, what world do you live in???

having a family member that was recently recruited, if you don't think the type of O you run has a part in it, you are nuts or in denial.

why not? other teams do it... and are successful.

8-4 is better than 7-6 any day of the week. and put up 40-50 pts per game. you are comparing T A&M to a team that went 7-6 and struggled against mediocre D's in the country

T A&M was in the same boat last year. Horrible D but they could put up 50 pts per game and win by keeping the other O off the field. The D needs to step up, yes but so does the O, big time. 17-20 pts per game ain't gonna win many in today's game. Sometimes your best D is a good O.
