I will point out you used the legal term "party" to it which they legally are almost certainly not. Beyond that I agree it is good for all concerned to get it resolved.

Legally they likely are not a party to it. Making a loan for it is not the same thing as taking liability for it. In another way they didn't cosign it. I would love to see the issue get taken care of but I would be floored if it is actually a liability of GTAA.

There is a lot you can say about Pastmer and I would agree with most all of it. But one thing that has to be said is with a couple of exceptions the team plays hard and hasn't had any issues like wanting to sit out for no reason

On Ushers charge ND had 4 defenders at the charge circle. They didn't give our "shooters" any respect at all. That we scored 40 in the paint is impressive given at least 4 defenders were always there. They ignored Bubba, Usher and Moore. That's part of why we had 5 turnovers - they were not...

Issue for most of the teams in the middle is they don't have any real OOC wins. Not just us who sucked OOC but UVA (best OOC win AZ State), Syracuse (best OOC win Cornell??) or NCSU (WISC - not too bad) - who are supposed to be next in line for dancing really don't have the OOC resume you want...
