The more worrying outcome from this is a blowback from the school where the football staff loses support from the AA or academic arm as a result of the attrition. Not worth it's own thread, but I know a coach who is worried about a " loss of all support"
Lou played the field not the boundary last year. DJ white was our boundary. We played mostly nickel sets with Jemea as the nickel on the field side with Lou. Lou is probably benefiting from better coaching. It's never a good thing to be changing footwork during the season, you're welcome UVA.
This off season has been so much worse than everyone thinks. We've lost a lot of people that were either starters or on the two deep. Luckily this year is an easy schedule, but we have not recruited to anticipate this kind of attrition.
