Both FL and especially Rutgers just collapsed down the stretch. Rutgers was especially bad. The whole collapse started with a missed dunk that turned into a 3 at the other end. Syracuse tried real hard to lose as well but WVU didn't want to take it.

FWIW, the ACC Champs changes the contract terms with Adidas. By winning that last weekend Adidas is now required to pay GT $450K in cash for the 3 remaining years on the contract (up from $200K now) and also earned a one-time $150K cash bonus from Adidas. So that win was worth $900K for GT.

The last 4 min or so ILL has gotten this much more to the tempo they want, but Loyola has been able to make baskets on offense so ILL hasn't been able to make a significant dent on the scoreboard.

Depends upon the ref. Some refs are pretty impervious to that, but there are some that can be intimidated, those are the ones that not getting on them more can hurt you.
