With the continuing portal exodus, especially on the defense, I hope the 2024 coaching staff institutes a policy of greater player substitutions in future games. Getting more reps for more players can only be beneficial, since it builds needed depth and player satisfaction.

If you paid significant sums to the players to play - $$ to each player on the winning team and $ to each player on the losing team, it might make a difference.

Players will come and go for all kinds of reasons. The show must go on. All that really matters is who suits up and takes the field in the fall.

If NIL money isn’t involved with these freshmen DL players, then why would they leave IF they are progressing and PT is within sight?
