TBH, I'm happy if Adams is a rotational guy, as opposed to a situational guy. If he can play 25 or 30 snaps a game (like 35-40% of the snaps at NT) effectively, I think you guys are much tougher up front.

Largely agreed, with one disagreement, and one caveat. The disagreement: Specialists are a weakness until proven otherwise. As Coach Johnson says "they all come highly recommended", but since the presumed starters have exactly zero college snaps, combined, I think you have to assume the worst...

The OL, you can see 70 and 55, and it sure looks like Braun (you can see the 7) and Marshall (you can see the 5) are the other 2 OL aside from 67. And Johnson said yesterday he rotates QB's in and out of huddles, so while it is indeed Taquon, it may have just been his rep. It just seems to me...

Perhaps I'm reading way too much into this, but is that Stickler running with the first team OL while Lee watches? Could we have a position battle at LT?

I just don't see it. I know folks here (boomer in particular) say he's great situationally, but OG isn't a situational position.

Also, Mills HAS to play. I just went back and watched the Duke game from last year, that Mills was suspended for. That game should have been a blowout, but for all of Marshall's speed and big play ability, we REALLY missed Mills' ability to just run hard and fall forward and get the tough...

I think probably this is one of those things that people aren't really interested in understanding. They'd rather cling to their beliefs, and that's just fine. Even better if the players on the other team are freaked out about it, because it means they're not thinking about defending the play...
