I know why we're struggling this year. Last year I got the free tickets each week and sat in the south endzone and we won every game I attended. This year, I have SWARM, and you all know the results.... Saturday, I'm sitting in the south. We're gonna win. It's not crazy if it works, right???

Man... If he had decided that some other years too, no telling what would have happened. We could have had more 9+ win seasons. 2011 comes to mind. And yep, our D has rarely been above mediocre. I'm of the opinion we stick with Roof for consistency and recruiting.

You do know we have him through 2020 right? (which I'm very thankful for) And CPJ != Chizik. One has a very successful resume, the other one not so much.

I see us beating Pitt and UVA, but that's it. We've always struggled against Miami and VT even when we've been good, and unless we're playing waaaaaaay better by those games, we're not going to win them. No way we beat FSU or UGA unless crazy things happen. 4-8

No offense to you, but I'm tired of hearing "next year" all the time. We have to fix whatever is causing us to always start slow, or next year will just be more of the same. With all the guys who returned on OL, there's really not an excuse for all the bad play. I would understand a slow start...

I thought we would come out executing much better against Duke, but I was wrong. I'm really surprised the line is what it is.

"Just punch him in the face" comes to mind. I don't care if he's one of our best on the OL, that kid should have been benched then and there. If he's disrespecting the coach like that, he doesn't deserve to play.

Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. We occasionally have great years like last year, but that's never really been the norm at Tech. Take a look at Ross's record at Tech: He had one extremely good year in which we won the title. The next year, we were 8-5. That's just how it goes.

CPJ is the head coach, and I understand that in the end, the blame for that record would be put on him. However, there is so much more to it than "CPJ is just over .500 against FBS teams, thus he is not a good coach for this school." Not trying to be rude, but it drives me crazy when people...

Seriously? Let's blame the coach with a great resume. Because obviously he's an idiot and all the success he's had in the past is a fluke. His offense is awful and never works. He should have made adjustments!!!! Our guys weren't executing AT ALL but adjustments would have worked because...
