Here we go again... CPJ is worth every penny we give him.

Coach has to figure out how to score when there are missed blocks, making it really hard to run our offense? How exactly is he supposed to do that? We played like total crap today. We didn't execute hardly anything on offense. Coach can make the right adjustments all day long, but if we can't...

I just don't know what to say. I don't remember games where we played this bad. If we don't get it in gear quick, we won't win another game this season. I'm an optimist, I mean just look at the rest of my posts. But this is terrible.

Actually that game was @UVA, and I'd bet money that ND wrote it off as a W and spent most of their time preparing for us. UVA sucks.

Well based on how we played against ND, we need to have this discussion... But anyway, if we play well, then yeah, we should beat them easily. Even they expect us to beat them by 2+ touchdowns.

May sound a little weird and overkill, but I'd be blasting music and having people run around him blowing party horns, hahaha. Talk about pressure. Just a thought.

What if the reason ND did so poorly against UVA is because they were focused too much on our game? Makes sense to me as good as they played us on defense. I know we played badly, but I do think that ND really is that good.

Well... CPJ did mention about how we were slipping all over the turf because we didn't have the same shoes as ND. Artificial turf is definitely more slippery than grass, so that very well could have played a part. We still played bad, but who knows.

More missed assignments on offense in this game than in any game since 1985. If we can lose this game 30-22 against a really good team with that many missed assignments, I feel much better about the rest of this season.

Really? Because you're the only person I've seen say anything negative about their fans.

Teams may try the same thing against us, but mark my words. If there is any way at all to get our offense working against that kind of scheme, CPJ probably already has it figured out.

Well the fact that he was still walking, even if it was limping, is kind of good news. I don't think the staff would have let him walk if it was anything too serious. Hopefully we'll find out more at the show tonight.

All this talk about the refs.... Guys we just played poorly today. We can look and see all these "missed calls" by the refs that hurt us, and yeah, they missed some. But I'm sure ND's fans were hating the refs during the game too (not so much anymore, because they won so it doesn't matter)...
