He played defensive end as well as running back in high school. If you look back on the team makeup at the time, we probably needed an athlete like Daniel on defense more than we needed additional depth at B-Back.

Daniel was hampered by injuries, off field issues, and, to some extent imho, Al Groh. As difficult as it is to be a student athlete at Tech, Daniel also lost his father at the time he was contributing on the field. From what little I've read about Skov, he has the physique and the skills, but...
