It all starts with the players recruited accepting the concepts of what the coaches instill as their offensive and defensive schemes. When you can get players like Adam Gotsis from another Continent to buy in, there is no excuse for any USA kid not to do the same.

I expect great chemistry moving ahead as the "naysayer(s) are no longer a part of the GT program.

I disagree. Kids from overseas have a completely different set of expectations for college athletics than most US SA's. Gotsis was thrilled to get an offer from GT because we were an American college that was offering a free education for playing a game, go figure.
