  1. Should New OC Faulkner work for uga in the CFP?

Well, we don’t really know exactly what Coach Key’s arrangement with the two co-offensive coordinators is. Perhaps Coach Key will provide more details about it later.
  2. Great AJC Article

Well, it is Coach Brent Key’s very first recruiting class. Got to lay down the first cement block to get the foundation started.
  3. 404 and ATL signage and logos

Yes, I agree. Time to retire it.
  4. Should New OC Faulkner work for uga in the CFP?

LOL I’m sure he can multitask, if he wants to. No big deal to me. When all is said and done, he’s still our OC. And I like it …

I suspect the UGA Athletic Department hasn’t terminated Faulkner’s contract with them yet. Faulkner is now on two separate payrolls. It was worked out between UGA (Smart) and GT (Key) in advance. And UGA will finally terminate its contract with Faulkner after the CFP playoffs end. No worries.
  8. Fanbase Size

It’s the chicken that comes first. We now have a new AD who comes from Alabama. He knows how it works at the highest competitive level, and he will implement it at Georgia Tech. It won’t happen overnight. It’ll take a few years. Then the eggs will get rolling …
  9. Fanbase Size

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blegh. We need to discuss — and focus on — the most important thing that is needed to increase our fanbase size: Recruit a bunch of studs. With NIL and the Transfer Portal now in vogue, we need to institute zero academic requirement in order to get a bunch...

You know, none of all of these detailed analyses mean anything. We need to recruit a bunch of studs.
  14. General News about Key and his Staff

Good players make coaches look good. Bad and/or below-average players, not so good.
  15. General News about Key and his Staff

If Faulkner does come in, then hopefully we can recruit a bunch of studs. We need studs — badly.

Nothing official from the GTAA — yet. That’s the one that counts.

  19. General News about Key and his Staff

That is certainly possible. I think Brent and Chris know who they want. This person may, indeed, “already be in the bag.” I’m not worried, as I’m willing to wait for the announcement when it comes.
  20. General News about Key and his Staff

It’s impossible to know what’s going on with Key’s OC recruiting efforts. But I suspect-guess the OC who has agreed to come to GT is most likely with a team that is currently going to a bowl game, and not on one of the four top-ranked teams in the playoffs. I also tend to think that it’s likely...
