Found this description of Noah’s Mill and it uses the term “spicy.” It’s a small batch 114 proof bourbon that has a smooth but “hot” taste. Pleasant after taste.

And…it turns out…our two biggest offensive threats have been trying to play hurt ever since. That win may have cost us the breakthrough season we hoped for.
Defense played one of the best games I’ve seen from them this year. Having Efford out to keep everyone straight probably hurt on some of VT’s trick plays and misdirection. Our offense didn’t do our defense any favors.
We continue to have a baffling inability to get receives open on deeper...
I’m not as experienced of a spirits drinker as most on here but when you say “spicy” I think of Noah’s Mill which I always had to sneak up on bit by bit whenever I drank it.
What do you think? Do you think this team will play looser and faster once they get their 6th win and have the bowl game monkey off their back?
I kind of do.
I would prefer to go ahead and get win number 6 because I think it will help our play.
Quick redesign of some blocking patterns still would require in game experience to see how it shakes out and where it needs tweaking. ND should have given us lots of data to make the necessary adjustments. Let us hope.
Really?
That’s what you took from my comments?
I’m not going to argue with you since you don’t seem to see the difference in the two styles of QBs that I see. And I’m not disparaging either one. Just saying a straight ahead power running QB who doesn’t make quick cuts needs a different...
I would not blame people if they yell at me to stop repeating myself but….we have been a great running team this year because of a finesse scheme, not a power scheme. Without King we lose that extra threat that tends to freeze the defense for half a step. Notre Dame never hesitated on defense...
Amen to all of this.
Several predicted that we could have a vastly improved team but not have improved results because of a very difficult schedule. So far that appears to be the case.
Like you, I like our coaching staff and look forward, just like with Stoudamire in basketball, to Key...
Repeating myself but I think the 64 yards against ND was primarily a function of not having our running quarterback in the game. That basically eliminated our option attack. My hope is for a quick redesign of our offense that plays to Pyron’s strengths. I think we can do better than 64 yards.
Thank you for a well elucidated retort. I had thought about responding but I just couldn’t get past the astounding notion that Kirby Smart runs a disciplined program at uga.
Pyron is a good QB but we will need to run a different offense if he plays next week. The spread option that King runs doesn’t fit his skill set. Finesse against unblocked defenders requires a “shake and bake” QB to go with our “shake and bake” offense. That’s King not Pyron.
With Pyron I...
