Well right but that's what some fans do, it's not unique to Tech fans in general. There is truly no consequence for fans being wrong. Our two cents aren't even really two cents.

Well only time will tell if he was on the right track or not. As an aside, I also don't see anyone saying we can only run the option. I see people that are fan of the option and want to see it continued. But that's the same thing as others saying something like "we need to pass more".

IMO, anyone who is focused on what offensive scheme we need to run next is missing the big picture of what it takes to hire a head coach.

Depends on the coach. If the coach is highly regarded for some specific type of offense, that's what they need to run here. Do not want some coach just looking to dabble with an offensive scheme (and defensive scheme at that) that they have not successfully run before.
