It means we had assistant coaches that no one of significance is interested in. Why did we have those coaches? Some combination of coaching style, pay, and stability I’d expect.
I honestly think a main reason CPJ retired is he knew he had another losing season coming with this roster.
We may have the worst OL and without a doubt have the worst DL in the Coastal. That’s not how you win games.
You’re right. It was their first 8 loss team of all time not their first 4 win.
Either way the team was straight up trash. We lost to the worst UT team ever and our hall of fame coach lost to a guy making $35k as an intern now.
I did. Almost every play was a dive through a giant hole (hat tip to their OL) and then maybe one cut against against a LB or S. Look at Griffins very first play. Nothing in Malloys tape suggests he can do that. Gibbs makes entire teams miss.
Malloy looks like a snoddy best case but probably...
I’m glad we have them all but the reason griffin is higher rated and was more highly recruited is his ability to make people miss. This is also the reason that Gibbs looks better than either of them and is probably the best running back commit since Dwyer.
I don’t think the TO is the worst thing ever. I was fully onboard when CPJ was hired. I think it’s a good offense and he is the best ever at coaching it.
I have had nothing but an honest dialogue. The delusion falls on the CPJ > GT fans who refuse to accept change and refuse to accept that we...
There’s no reason to doubt that if the NFL didn’t come calling that Bobby Ross’ winning percentage wouldn’t have also been higher than Johnson’s. If Bill Lewis could win 5 in 93/94 there’s no way Ross isn’t winning 7 or 8.
I wonder if those players who are “dumber than a box of rocks” know that 8/13 < 7/10 and 7/11.
We’ve had some Georgia Tech elites struggle with that in this thread.
