I must actually be feeling my age now because I thought to myself, "the blues for homecoming?". I normally like the look of those uniforms but....for homecoming? Feel like you gotta go white and gold.

This definitely feels like a superstitious choice. Everyone is feeling the pressure and knows for whatever reason we’ve won when wearing all blue. I just think all blue looks bad regardless of any gold/white/black/navy debate. It doesn’t look good when Tech wears it, nor does it when the Patriots, Titans, UNC, UVA, etc wear it either. It’s just so dull. And having a helmet that’s a different base color makes it look worse. Especially when there’s no contrast on the jersey or pants. I mean, think about all the great uniform combinations UNC has and tell me that this is looks good on them:

But oh well. Maybe they’ll keep the winning record in them.

Should be 1990 NC throwback unis because they are honoring the team on Saturday for 30th anniversary (was supposed to happen last season)

Of course, the last time we tired to do it, Russell screwed it all up to Hell. Typical Georgia Tech uniform embarrassment....

Wrong number font.....check
Wrong number size.....check
No real outline on the numbers....check
No TV numbers on the shoulders....check
Wrong pattern on the stripes on the pants.....check
