Thanks, flea. Rumors abound when someone seemingly disappears like that. REALLY glad the rumors were wrong, and that Will is moving onwards. Proud to call him a part of the Tech family, and proud of you for being an "adopted" part as well. Will is planning on being a Grad Assistant with Coach Sisk next semester. He will be working on getting to up over 300 ( lean ) lbs for Pro Day and passing his Strength and Conditioning Cert. The value of the GT Degree and the relationship he was able to develop with Coach Sisk and the strength staff was worth it. Will hopes he can be a positive influence on SA's like Coach Sish and his staff has for Will over the past 4 years. He has done nothing wrong. He has tried to the best of his ability to represent GT on and off the field. He will grad this Dec.
I wouldn’t say any rumors were wrong. The whole thing is still a bit strange but it could be a lot of different things not necessarily all bad. Thanks, flea. I will be content with what Flea posted and no longer make idle and uninformed speculations.I wouldn’t say any rumors were wrong. The whole thing is still a bit strange but it could be a lot of different things not necessarily all bad.

Glad to have kids like him as a fellow alum. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to the team. Will is planning on being a Grad Assistant with Coach Sisk next semester. I just hope there’s no ill feelings on anyone’s part concerning his absence from the field after being such a valuable part of the team.
That's what "getting raised right" will do for your kids.... I respect him even more because he has endured his absence without public complaint or whining.
Don't forget Corey Dennis, SIL to UMeyer. Corey's dad was all-state HS QB from Macon in 1974 and played at uga.So much to say good about the Bryans and what they do that is above and beyond to support gt football.
After Flea 2 more dads that played ol at uga have let there kids join gt as linemen.
Got to meet them at the tailgate flea and his wife do after the game. The Bryan's brings their custom smoker to every home game - cook sausage, dogs, burgers etc . Other folks add on and eat before Will and some of his ol buds come over = food gone. I meet a number of ex uga folks that join the tailgate who are Fleas buddies.
After his soph year 16, We, should have told Will to stay bulked up and play rg, but then shamire would have had to stay benched. Oh well ....
