Who cares anymore?

The team is improving but still struggles with seemingly simple things that could have won us a lot more games. Other than the Pitt game we’ve been competitive every week. Just need to find a way to make a few more plays (or a few less mistakes) every week
Yep. I'll defer to the experts but I feel like we still just aren't there on the lines. Whether that is coaching or just being young I don't really know. But I do feel like we suck because the lines just aren't there yet.

I care, but nothing about watching this team is enjoyable. I have no confidence in the coaches whatsoever outside of Choice and Coleman.

The players are playing hard it seems, but I've seen little to no development (outside of the RBs and DL).

We consistently gave up deep balls over the top, same run up the middle on 1st down, killed ourselves with penalties...

For the first time in my GT watching career (20+ years), I don't want to go to the next home game.

Zero confidence in the staff to change anything and we're more hamstrung by an expensive contract yet again.

So a meager 9 wins in 3 years
Must resemble the sum of all fears
Twas the biggest transition
At every position
But "cut-bait time" has got to be near

There once was a player named Gibbs
That racked up points in Miami’s cribs
Tech got in the gun
and boy did Gibbs run
He dusted all of their squibs

(Need a few for other players—poetry ain’t my natural joint)

We all care or we wouldn't be on the site. But how many have detached emotionally? I have. I just can't take it anymore. Even if we had pulled it out today, I would feel about the same as I do now.

Well said. “I care, but am emotionally detached” is the best way to put my mindset. **** sucks.

It's always darkest before the dawn.

I recall Bryan Harsin talking about the Auburn loss to Georgia. Asked about it, he said he had no idea that a team could be that strong and physical on the line. And ... that Auburn was no where near big enough to compete against a team like that. Off season is going to be gaining 30 lbs. And that is Auburn! Which is committed to at least trying to field a competitive team.

We have good SA's and they need to developed into real athletes. TStan said that was the plan ... recruit 2s and 3s and develop them into 5s.

My biggest concern is that number of fans NOT attending live games. I fear that even IF Geoff turns it around, we will peak at 35,000 fans per game now. Behavior is being modified and it's a ***** to change it.
