I'm unsure about Elliot. He has zero head coaching experience, zero sole-OC experience, and his success at Clemson has been with superior athletes and few recruiting barriers. Additionally, he has succeeded with very good QBs, but his 247 profile does not indicate that he recruited any of those QBs.

Dabo's resume included no experience higher than WR coach IIRC.
