This is a great thread:
(My GT fandom started the day I decided to go to GT in the Spring of 1999 and grew from there)
1. 2014 UGA
2. 2008 UGA
3. 2009 VT
4. 2005 Auburn
5. 2003 Auburn
6. 2014 MsSt
7. 2006 Miami
8. 2006 VT
9. 2016 UGA
10. 2000 UGA
11. 1999 UGA
12. 2008 Miami
13. 2008 FSU
14. 2009 FSU
15. 2005 Miami
16. 2009 Clemson ACCCG
15. 2009 WF
16. 2015 FSU
17. 1999 FSU in Tally (not a win, but a crazy good game, and my first seeing the Jackets in person - what an introduction)
18. 2004 Clemson
19. 2003 Humanitarian Bowl vs Tulsa (I got to play and PJ, my old lockermate, set a record)
20. 2006 Maryland
Wow. I'm impressed with your memory. Good list. Don't know about the list since you are so much younger. LOL

1. 2014 UGag
2. 2008 Ugag(the first time we beat them since I had become a fan)
3. 2016 Ugag
4. 2004 Clemson
5. 2014 Mississippi State
6: 2015 FSU
7. 2009 ACC championship
8. 2005 Miami
9. 2009 FSU (Nesbitt getting his fumble back)
10. 2008 FSU
11. 2008 Miami
12. 2009 Clemson(regular season)
13 2006 Miami
14. 2011 Clemson
15. 2007 Notre Dame

This is off the top of my head without really thinking about it. It’s cliche, but nothing beats the mutt wins. The ACC Championship would easily be higher if it wasn’t sandwiched between the worst ugag loss and an embarrassing bowl loss, but unfortunately fair or not, those two things taint the shine of that one a bit.

2004 - Clemson

Calvin Johnson’s explosion onto the college football stage. It was my 21st birthday and what a gift it was!

“And the legend is born in Calvin Johnson!” - Wes Durham

2008 - UGAg

No one expected it but the way we came out in that second half… Dwyer, Nesbitt and Roddy working the DWAGS over… Man, it was a thing of beauty!

2004 Clemson was an awesome finish but man, what an ugly game!

3 in person...1974 (my Sr. Year) at UGA wining 34-14 in horrible weather. 1999 last home game win at Bobby Dodd vs. UGA. As others have stated, UGA fans were beside themselves on the fumble at the GT 1 yard line and the block FG on 3rd down which was recovered behind the line of scrimmage and we made the FG on 4th down. I wrote Marta from the game and UGA fans were beside themselves. and our ACC championship game in 2009 vs. Clemson in Tampa.

So many. But the ones that stand out are:

1990 - at Virginia.
Sisson making that kick was worth the ensuing Charlottesville curse, which hopefully has now run its course.

1990 - Citrus Bowl.
Was there in person. Also, fun to have on the list, as I now am married to a Husker and see some links to both programs.

2014 - UGA.
That game was a rollercoaster, from start to finish. I watched it with my wife and in-laws, who were just as engrossed in the game as I was.

2015 - FSU.
Damn, we needed that one in the midst of an awful season. I didn't get to watch the game live - but my wife was watching it from a hotel room on a trip with her mom, and got so loud yelling at the end of the game that someone called the front desk to come check on them. She didn't tell me anything about it until after I had watched it - when I asked her how the game was, she just solemnly said, "You need to watch it."

ALLLL THE WAYYYY TURNT UPPP
2009 vt because
Wife's first game and bds. We traveled from Texas for homecoming ( where they hit us up for donations for more classroom stuff).

We had seats in North end zone just above band. WIFE YELLED YELLOW AND I YELLED JACKETS. Then for 30 minutes we sang Ramlin Wrek as the band refused to stop playing until goal posts were torn down.
.
She has suffered with me thru many defeats by having a favorite underdog player. Not happy about Ivy leaving.

I'm going to restrict this post to wins that occurred during my fandom for Tech, so no Cumberland game on this list. LOL.

Narrowing it down isn't an easy task.

1) 1/1/91 Citrus Bowl. Georgia Tech 45 Nebraska 21-won National Championship. The pinnacle achievement.
2) 12/1/90 Georgia Tech 40 UGA 23. Second straight win over UGA.
3) 11/3/90 Georgia Tech 41 UVA 38. Beat then #1 UVA on the road.
4) 11/29/14 Georgia Tech 30 UGA 24. Won in Athens.
5) 11/29/08 Georgia Tech 45 UGA 42. Won in Athens in Paul Johnson's debut season, ending a losing streak to UGA.
