So on 6/7/2018, he committed to Virginia Tech.
On 8/22/2018, he committed to Auburn.
Then he signed official papers with them.
Today he said he is committing to North Carolina. What is the purpose of committing and having paperwork you sign if it ultimately means nothing? Trying to understand how this is possible. I'd think you need at least some basic rules or else you'd never be able to manage your scholarship count.
