Watched the Washington game (Stanford didn't show up) in part till it was 30-0. Two take aways:
1) Ratings mean very little early in the season.
2) The Washington Huskie mascot is a beautiful dog. Contrast that to the lowly UGAg inbred ......

The Miss State Bulldog is a step up from the Georgia Bulldog.

Bluetick Coonhounds are pretty good too. But that Husky last night was something else. Very composed and regal, with intelligent eyes.

UGAs have shown the wear and tear of successive in breeding, with there being 5 UGAs in the last decade. Somehow appropriate reflection of the university (sic). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uga_(mascot)

I agree with you on that ;) Too much inbreeding of the UGA bulldogs they barely live a few years. Georgia should have had the Goat as their mascot like they did in 1892.

OK, UT after two fumbles (sound familiar) makes it 7-17. They get the ball to start the second half; still can't believe CPJ won toss and elected to receive. I always want to win the second half more than the first.

UNC up 21-7 over FSU. Gonna be interesting to see if it's UNC or VT or Pitt in Coastal. Tonight we'll see who likely gets Atlantic since FSU may be out of it if they lose again. (That's because I don't see L'Ville losing two more ACC games and they have tie breaker over FSU).

UNC losing to FSU is very bad for us. 2014 we needed a UNC collapse to Duke to get into the ACCCG. There would've been no Orange Bowl without it. UNC beats FSU and it's likely we'll need that again.

Mich held Wisc to under 100 yds in 1st half. They're probably the only D maybe better than CU.

Unbelievable endings in the UGA and NC/FSU games. Looked like UGA was going to win with a TD at 10 seconds to go and Tenn then does a hail mary and connects. THWG! sweet. FSU looked like it was going to win with a late 17 sec? left TD to go ahead by 1. Two passes later and a 54 field goal and NC pulls it out. College football is a game of inches sometimes.
