Staff isn’t drastically increasing, it takes a big group to support a football team. A lot of this picture is support stuff, and a lot of holdovers in those support roles — ie Kevin Cone, Tevin Washington, etc. a lot of alumni as well

I don’t need to anymore. All those rich alums who held back their dollars because they hated CPJ are giddy now...money trucks rolling in now.

The coaches are limited in their contact hours. Support staff who don’t make contact with recruits have unlimited work hours. IMO, that’s where we need to invest in Human Resources. Identifying program/school fit across the nation is the ultra time consuming yet ultra important piece of the recruiting puzzle. Seems we’ve put all (or most) our eggs in the “coaching basket”. We’ll see if this strategy pays off.
