Why do you think we have been practicing on sides kicks all year? We've gotten a few back. That's all it takes.

At this point I don't think onsides kickoffs would be a bad idea. They're going to get it at the 25 most likely anyway, and if an onsides fails, maybe it is at the 45 so we have a 20 yard difference. Yeah, I know. That leaves a short field. I'm just not sure 20 yards means much to our defense, particularly now with Gotsis gone. I really, honestly, truly, do not want to be so pessimistic, but unless our O comes out supercharged and super efficient and gives Thomas time to actually run the option, it might be brutal. And we have to know that Beamer wants to win big on his way out of town for good.
