If you had Showtime and tried to watch the increasingly ponderous "Billions" you would know the term. You would not know what it meant because "Billions" is written by amateurs who don't explain anything that doesn't use analogies. But thanks to jtgengineer ... I still don't get it.

Quants used to be the guys to do the math for stock traders to figure out what to buy and sell for how much and when. In high-frequency trading, same idea but they cut out the traders and write algorithms for the same thing.

If if if Wofford ran same def as App St he could be a key addition on knowledge..the guy is a tackling machine from his stats but he may be a step slow in pass def. Strong for his size too.Remember his name--at end of yr we might have been glad to have had him.
