Wasn't Verdisco the guy many thought would win the job but was hurt all year?We had 2 in 2019 but none last year. Kent was a transfer but not on scholarship. Stewart, Kelly, Verdisco all pwo.

No doubt...they were able to secure a viable kicker after only two years and 21 games!Love how this staff addresses needs with a quickness.

What the heck does that mean?Love how this staff addresses needs with a quickness.
Yeah he had surgery but seems to have recovered well. I am glad the staff took no chances and went out and got somebody, though.
What the heck does that mean?
Have a friend that is a UT fan. He said he left because of the crap happening in UT. Said he was good, but they had better. But, I really am ok, with good, compared to what we had. He said he could nail them form 50 yards, though. Can he put it in the end zone on kickoffs? Wanna see some touchbacks after he makes bunches of Fieldgoals.
They brought in a kicker last year as well but he suffered an injury. He is now healthy but they are doubling up to give us a better chance. Good enough for you?We were 3-8 on field goal attempts this season with a long of 32 yards.
I think you misinterpreted his post. I thought Lightbulb was responding that it was a quik and proactive move based on last year's performance and the uncertainty around the injured kicker's recovery at this point. They brought in a kicker last year as well but he suffered an injury. Sorry. Misinterpreted your point. You are correct 4shotB, I was responding to post 64 and their original quote.
This is the best way to answer that question.quik and proactive move based on last year's performance and the uncertainty around the injured kicker's recovery at this point.
I hope he’s great, but hardly needed
