Anyone know the story behind the Puerto Rican flag up on the wall behind the coaches during these interviews?

It’s the Cuban flag. No idea though

They have a Cuban flag on south end of field and Canada on north. When they switch periods, they'll bullhorn the location for different groups and locations like "indoor Canada" or "outdoor Cuba." Also Waffle House and Coke flags on the sidelines.
