Field looks great. Defense, outside Watson, has done nothing. Ward is making a move for TE1. WR’s and RB’s are fine. Season all depends on OLine sustaining blocks. We are going to have to outscore teams.

What’s impressed me is how cohesive the offense looks with only 3 weeks worth of practices with a new OC. Obviously there are a lot of the same concepts we ran last year, but haven’t seen anybody looking totally lost.

We just look like an overall better team on offense. Can’t say much about defense but I’m sure they aren’t running any blitzes

Hot take, Malik Rutherford will have a better season than Nate McCollum.
Based on the Spring Game everyone on offense will have much better seasons than last year. Today was very encouraging.

As for Rutherford vs McCollum, Nate was by far our best offensive player last year. There are more good offensive options on our team this year so Rutherford may not be to only go to guy. DJ Moore and Leary looked very good today. The RBs caught a lot of passes. The TEs after a slow start played very well.

Maye at UNC is very talented. If Nate becomes his go to guy he could put up big numbers. Not sure who else UNC has as receivers. Likely some good ones.

Man…the more that comes out, it’s crazy that Key was able to hold his tongue toward his stooge boss.
