Wasn't there a report of all the state media guys picking the game and why? He was the only one of about 30 that picked Tech and his answer for why was simply "Paul Johnson".

Yep. He picked Tech - everyone else picked the fleabags. Everyone else had this long, drawn out, blah, blah, blah answer but the guy who picked Tech? His answer was two words. Well three I guess:

There was a thread posted a couple of days ago about how we get no respect from media sports guys from around the state. Different projections of our loss. Interesting read after the fact. I wonder if those same experts will now retract their statements.

From what I read , there seemed to be the implication that we didn't beat the Dawgs, they beat themselves. A backhanded way to cheapen our win, IMO.

Coach Johnson talked about this morning on 680 w/ Chris Domino about what motivated the team this week/bye was the disrespect from media. How Team A is 9-2, division champs, with the 2 losses being by a combined 11 points and they no shot at the CFP compared to Team B who also has 2 losses, blown out in both losses, didn't win division but is thought of as CFP contender. That really added fuel to their Fire

I mean, that may be a fair assessment. It seems the Dawgs only paid the refs enough for a 21 point swing. They clearly should have shelled out for 42 points.
