Personally, I don’t see how enforcement would work, but it’s part of the settlement.

This one’s pretty simple. Alabama, Tenn, Florida, etc gets caught cheating and GT gets a bowl ban, loses 6 scholarships for 4 years and can’t recruit for 3 months.

If speed and size were all there was to it, I would agree. But I get that funds are limited, and we have to get the biggest bang for the buck. Glad to hang on to Rutherford. He's what they call a "baller".

Easy fix. Make NIL deals binding legal documents called contracts. Programs could then protect their investments with buyouts for leaving before the predetermined length.

Only open the portal only one period after the bowl season and before spring practice. So what if a transfer misses spring practice. They will be a lot more selective in their decision and can still be on the new campus in the summer. Now it seems some are transferring every year to a different school. How can that meet academic progress requirements.

Is the receiver that decommitted from Louisville to us a burner, seems like I heard he was? If he is I'm fine with who we have now, as matter of fact I think I like even better what we now have, but a lot of that is on paper because I haven't seen some of these guys play. Our offense may be getting even better, wish we had a power runner to go with the rest of our RBs.

I've been waiting on what we do in the portal to see if I thought we would make a run at the playoffs. Well I've seen enough to say it looks to me like that is our intent.
