He may have had someone suggest to him that he might get more money staying in the long term if he balls out and shows well returning he could make an NFL roster easy

I wasn't doing it right? People tell me you only make the NFL based on where you play. We tend to put more receivers there than anything else historically.

Bottom line is we went from have 2 proven very good WRs to having no proven very good WRs. We now have potential!

Led his conference in punt returns with 10.2 yd avg

Can they maintain it against P4 competition?Keon White was very productive at Old Dominion before GT. Our 1st team all American guard Rutledge was very productive at WCU before coming to GT. Hawes from Yale was good. And the OL we got from the Ivy league also balled out.

Patterson and Rivers are proven production who should do well for us.

Hope so. There are way more guys who were productive at the G5 level and were meh at the P4 level. They might be great. We simply don’t know now. They could reenter the Portsl after Spring ball. We won’t know much until fall practice starts. Nuts but it’s reality

Cream always rises to the top i don't see why that would not apply to this team next year. QB is in place and OL is stacked. Defensive coaches are good and so are the offensive coaches. All good on the flats.
