Thank you for this briefing. I was lost until you put it all together like this.

(But, to be honest, with some conversations, after a while, I only start reading every third page, and, even then, I’m only skimming. And sometimes that feels irresponsible, like I’m not pulling my weight on here, and doing my part to contribute thoughtful observations, and do a deep reading of the text, but it gets so obtuse on here at times that I just want to cherry pick the “feel good” moments, but you probably already figured that out about me. So, thanks again for your summary. It saved me a lot of time.)
Be careful with Cliffs Notes… some nuance may have been lost.
I feel like I tied it together as neatly as possible though.
🤷‍♂️

Why do you think you know more than others? Water only boils at 212F and freezes at 32F at sea level (remember PV only = nRT at STP). At higher or lower pressure those aren't true, so you see, your absolutes are not absolute. I never claimed to be special. I didn't ask you to agree with my philosophy. You're free to believe what you want. But, it actually isn't H2O, it’s actually hydronium hydroxide (a mixture of H+ (hydronium) and OH- (hydroxide) ions in equilibrium with HOH). So, I suggest you don't argue chemistry or materials with a materials guy. You'll just expose your own ignorance.
Dang… applied pressure and threw salt in the wound.

Thanks for that. So you do not believe in an objective reality, that there is a natural world that is universal, necessary, consistent and independent of human consciousness?

So would you categorize your relativistic world view as romantic, existentialist, skeptical (Hume), post-modern decontructionist (Foucault)?
Two thoughts that have always fascinated me are that of Descartes and Jung. They are divergent, but I keep thinking one day I'll find commonality and correlation.

Terry Gilliam is one of my favorite directors. Much more so than Spielberg.
Spielberg would profit from better editing. He thinks all his shots are too precious to trim. I actually thought his last movie was one of his best, however. The autobiographical nature of it helped me understand why he makes some of the choices he does when filming. He believes in the magic of film to change lives which I find endearing. But, no, not my favorite director.

Can someone summarize our chances with romello height coming back? (Cant find anything in this thread). I find it hard to believe that a guy who publicly committed to another school can get out of that, but the logic that he hasnt technically enrolled yet makes sense to me…especially if TTU isnt holding up their end of the bargain and he wants out.

Would be massive for the defense so i hope he does come back, he was pretty dang good.

Well, until he enrolls at the new school, none of these transfer commitments mean anything. As long as Key will tke him back, he can renege on his "commitment" to TT

No one here knows particulars(yet), but until “insta” becomes binding contract, be careful with what ya read on the internets…

And yeah… I’d love to have him back.

You have the ignorant side already claimed. How about the flat tire and ait? How about the sun setting? How about about Atlanta east of the Mississippi River? How about Math in general. How about Atlanta GA isn't Maxon GA, or Rome GA. U are foolish with those big word salads. Somethings aren't absolute and somethings are. I can't dig someone pissing on my leg and tell me it's raining and that's what you're doing.

So it's absolute at sea level water freezes at 32 degrees F and water boils at 212 degrees F? I never claimed to know more than others. Where did I say that? You made a *** out of you and me. Get it Mr Absolute? ASSUME now that's being foolish!.
